User Agreement
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any service on bd89h. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out in this document. These terms apply to all players using bd89h from Bangladesh and anywhere else the platform is accessible.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bd89h ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the bd89h platform. bd89h reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

bd89h is strictly an adults-only platform. All players must be 18 years of age or older. Age is verified at the KYC stage before any withdrawal is processed.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one active bd89h account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses.
KYC Verification Required
Identity verification using a valid National ID (NID) or passport is mandatory before withdrawal. bd89h may request additional documents at any stage for compliance.
BDT Payments Supported

Eligibility & Registration

Players who access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction do so at their own risk and bd89h accepts no liability for any consequences arising from such access.
1.3 Registration Accuracy
You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your National Identity Card (NID) or passport, your date of birth, your current contact number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any pending withdrawal requests, and cancellation of any active bonuses.
1.4 One Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on bd89h at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If bd89h detects that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be suspended, any bonuses associated with those accounts will be voided, and any winnings generated through bonus play on duplicate accounts may be forfeited. Players who believe they have inadvertently created a duplicate account must contact support at [email protected] immediately to resolve the matter.
Registration Note: bd89h may decline a registration application at its sole discretion, without being obligated to provide a reason for the decision. Submitting a registration form does not guarantee account creation.
Account Responsibilities
Once your bd89h account is active, you are solely responsible for all activity conducted through it. bd89h provides account security tools including two-factor authentication (2FA) and login notifications — you are strongly encouraged to enable these features to protect your account from unauthorized access.
2.1 Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your bd89h login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account on your behalf, or transfer your account to another person under any circumstances. bd89h will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, or that unauthorized access to your account has occurred or is likely to occur, you must notify bd89h support at [email protected] immediately. bd89h may temporarily suspend your account while investigating a security concern, including at the player's own request.
2.2 Account Verification (KYC)
bd89h operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the identity of players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, birth certificate, recent utility bill, or bank statement. Documents must be clear, unaltered, and in an accepted file format. bd89h reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide adequate KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
2.3 Account Holder Obligations
- Keep your contact details (email, phone number) up to date at all times so bd89h can reach you regarding account activity.
- Notify bd89h promptly if you change your name, address, payment method, or any other registered detail.
- Review these Terms & Conditions periodically, as bd89h may update them without direct notice beyond a website announcement.
- Use the platform for personal entertainment only — commercial exploitation of bd89h services is prohibited.
- Comply with all instructions issued by bd89h's support team during account reviews or investigations.
- Ensure that your device and internet connection are secure before logging in to your bd89h account.
2.4 Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. bd89h may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule. Players will be notified via email before any inactivity fee is applied, provided a valid email address is on record. To reactivate a dormant account, the player must contact [email protected] and may be required to complete a fresh KYC verification.
Deposits & Withdrawals
bd89h processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits and withdrawals must be made through payment methods that are registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party payments — where the sending or receiving account does not match the registered player identity — are not permitted and may result in transaction reversal and account review.

3.2 Deposit Conditions
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
- bd89h does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
- Deposits made to bd89h accounts are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where bd89h determines a transaction error has occurred.
- bd89h reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any deposit exceeding its internal thresholds.
- Deposited funds may not be used to satisfy gambling debts owed to third parties.
3.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with the bd89h support team. All withdrawals are subject to a completed KYC verification. bd89h reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending the outcome of an identity check, a responsible gaming review, a bonus wagering requirement audit, or a fraud investigation. In such cases, bd89h will communicate the reason for the delay to the player by email within a reasonable timeframe.
3.4 Currency & Conversion
The platform currency for all bd89h accounts is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All wallet balances, bonus amounts, bet values, and winnings are displayed and settled in BDT. bd89h does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion. Players transacting via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay will always send and receive BDT.
Bonus & Promotions Terms
bd89h offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, time limits, and other conditions that are published at the point of offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms attached to each promotion before opting in.
4.1 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are available to eligible players with verified accounts unless the promotional offer explicitly states otherwise.
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the offer terms state otherwise.
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may only be converted to real-money funds after the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the individual offer terms. Bonus funds that expire before wagering is completed will be forfeited without compensation.
- Real-money funds in the player's wallet are always used before bonus funds when placing bets, unless the platform interface indicates otherwise.
- bd89h reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring offers already accepted by players in good faith.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount depending on the specific offer. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 20x wagering requirement means the player must place total qualifying bets of ৳20,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — sports betting, live casino tables, and certain slot titles may carry different contribution percentages as specified in the individual promotion terms.
4.3 Bonus Abuse & Fraud
bd89h actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk bet hedging across multiple outcomes solely to complete wagering requirements, systematic exploitation of game mechanics in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, collusion between players, and use of automated betting software. Where bonus abuse is identified, bd89h reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from bonus play, and suspend or close the account. bd89h's determination in such matters is final.
4.4 Seasonal & Event Promotions
bd89h may run limited-time promotional campaigns tied to major cricket events (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), Bangladeshi public holidays (Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Victory Day, Independence Day), and other seasonal occasions. These promotions will have their own specific terms and may differ in structure from standard welcome or reload bonuses. Such promotions are subject to availability and early termination if participation levels or other conditions warrant it.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed through bd89h's sports betting interface and all gameplay conducted across bd89h's casino, slots, and crash game products are subject to the rules set out in this section as well as any additional product-specific rules published within the platform.
5.1 Sports Betting
Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued, the bet cannot be amended or cancelled by the player. bd89h reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: data feed errors, obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, event cancellations, or matches that do not commence within a specified timeframe of the scheduled start. Voided bets are returned to the player's wallet at the original stake value. bd89h's decision on the settlement of all sports bets is final and binding.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all sporting markets and may vary by sport, event, market type, and player account tier. Current limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement. bd89h reserves the right to change bet limits at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Live Casino & Table Games
Live casino games on bd89h are operated by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. All live tables are subject to the respective studio's rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of the round will be determined by the studio's server records. bd89h is not responsible for outcomes affected by a player's internet connectivity.
5.3 Slots & RNG Games
All slot and virtual game outcomes on bd89h are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Slot games are provided by studios including NetEnt, Microgaming, and Play'n GO, each of which maintains independent third-party auditing of their RNG systems. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is published within the game information panel. RTP represents a statistical average over a very large number of game rounds and is not a guarantee of any individual session outcome.
5.4 Crash Games
Crash games including Aviator (by Spribe) operate with a multiplier that increases from 1x and may crash at any point. Players must cash out before the crash event occurs to secure their winnings. Once a round has begun, it cannot be paused. Auto cash-out features are provided as a convenience tool but bd89h and the game provider accept no liability for technical failures that prevent an auto cash-out from triggering as configured.
Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or hardware failure that affects the integrity of a game round, bd89h reserves the right to void the affected round and return all staked amounts to the relevant player accounts. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction event are not payable. bd89h will notify affected players of voided rounds by email where practicable.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on bd89h. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or if you are legally prohibited from gambling in your jurisdiction.
- Registering more than one account for yourself or on behalf of another person.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration, verification, or support interactions.
- Using software robots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to interact with the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that is inconsistent with fair play — any such exploitation must be reported to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.
- Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets across multiple accounts to manipulate game outcomes or satisfy bonus wagering requirements in bad faith.
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the bd89h platform or using bd89h as a conduit for illegitimate funds.
- Attempting to charge back or reverse any deposit transaction through your payment provider after the funds have been used for wagering.
- Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services to circumvent geographic restrictions or to obscure the true source of account activity.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing bd89h staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation, or placing bets with prior knowledge of a fixed or manipulated sporting event.
Account Closure & Suspension
7.1 Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your bd89h account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, bd89h will confirm your identity and ensure that any pending withdrawal requests have been settled. Once an account has been closed at the player's request, it cannot be reopened for a minimum cooling-off period as determined by bd89h's responsible gaming policies. 7.2 Suspension or Closure by bd89h
bd89h reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; evidence of multi-accounting; detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 6; regulatory or compliance requirements; or any situation in which bd89h reasonably determines that continued account access poses a risk to the player, to other players, or to the integrity of the platform.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bd89h will aim to communicate the reason for the suspension to the player within 72 hours, subject to the constraints of any ongoing investigation. The player's real-money wallet balance at the time of suspension will be held securely and, if the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the balance will be returned promptly via the player's registered payment method.
7.3 Effect of Account Closure
- Any active bonus balance at the time of closure will be forfeited unless the closure was initiated by bd89h without cause.
- Pending bet settlements will be completed in accordance with the platform's standard settlement rules.
- Any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of account closure procedures.
- bd89h retains the right to preserve account records for compliance and regulatory purposes following closure.
Limitation of Liability
8.1 Platform Availability
bd89h makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available and operational at all times. However, bd89h does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods, technical outages, third-party service failures, internet infrastructure disruptions, or any other event outside bd89h's reasonable control. bd89h will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
8.2 Player Losses
Gambling involves financial risk. By using bd89h, you acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager on the platform. bd89h is not liable for any gambling losses you incur through normal gameplay. bd89h is not a financial institution and does not offer investment products. The entertainment value of using the platform should not be confused with the expectation of a financial return.
8.3 Third-Party Content
Game content, live dealer streams, and sports data on bd89h are provided by third-party studios and data providers. bd89h is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or continuity of third-party content and accepts no liability for losses arising from errors, delays, or interruptions in third-party data or game delivery. Any dispute arising from a specific game title should be directed to bd89h support in the first instance, who will liaise with the relevant game studio on the player's behalf.
8.4 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold bd89h, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your breach of these Terms & Conditions; your use or misuse of the platform; your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or any dispute between you and another player or third party connected to your use of bd89h's services.
8.5 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the general principles of applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and bd89h, the player is encouraged to contact [email protected] in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. bd89h aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. bd89h's decisions on disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account management are final, subject to the player's right to seek independent dispute resolution through applicable channels.
